Each event planned by us has behind it a highly trained team that will accomplish the magical event you expect, regardless of the type of event.  From a team of carpenters to floral designers, everyone has an important job to perform, but how do they know what to do? what color should the linen be? or should we use candles even though it is an outside ceremony? Well that is why a proper planning and coordination is important and there are steps to follow to get to that final moment where your guest will have nothing more to say other than “Amazing”

STEP 1 … CONTACT US

After this we will set up our first meeting.

STEP 2 … OUR FIRST MEETING

This is the most important meeting we will ever have. Our chemistry will be tested. This day we will initiate our relationship by discussing some important information that will help plan and coordinate your event. I will be the lead planner so will be involved in all stages of your event, serving as liaise between you and the vendors.

We will go over the basic style and requirements for the event; the day of your wedding, the colors, the number of expected guests, the Does and Don’t. We will present you a preliminary plan for your event and will provide you with the contract to get us started.

STEP 3 … PLANNING

After booking the date, our team will start working on the planning of your event, we will create a presentation to give you a clear idea of the ongoing process. We will visit the best matching team of vendors selected, then follows all the visits to vendors of all kind,  and maintain a very close communication with them and you at all times to make sure that your event is going as expected.

STEP 4 … EXECUTION

The week of your wedding we will be working very hard preparing time lines, finalizing all details with all vendors.  We will assist on the rehearsal and will be the first ones to get to your event with hours ahead of us to be able to guide all vendors, help on the set up and be ready for the big moment.

We will be the last to leave making sure all of your gifts are secure and that the venue stays at the same condition it was found, helping you to recover the deposit you can later use for a nice dinner.

We will send you the final steps to take after your event is over…and we will say to you…See you at your next event!
