One happy couple!

A wedding is a very important event in our lives. We tend to think that for the event to be a success, we have to empty our bank account. This wedding in Miami is good evidence that in order to have fun, there is no need to spend too much.

Yanetsy and Elo’s wedding was a challenge for me…(when it come to budget and style). They wanted a nice wedding with a very tight budget; even the color palette was out of the ordinary. Orange and yellow are not my favorite colors, but I have to admit that they look beautiful if you mix them graciously.

The wedding ceremony and reception where both at a banquet hall in Miami, which, for a change, had very good food. Among other things, the wedding had a chocolate fountain, a slide show with pictures that told the story of their lives, as well as a sand ceremony with sand from Varadero, Cuba, where both the bride and groom were born, and fireworks to anounce the grand entrance of the bride. Messages from Elo’s Mom and other family members in Cuba were read. It made everyone present burst into tears, making the ceremony unforgettable.

The night was a total success and the newlyweds danced through it entirely, even on top of the tables…yes it’s true, but the night didn’t end there…Oh no! To finish it off, the bride and groom joined some of the guests at a nightclub to continue the dancing marathon.

Every wedding is a new lesson for me…I learned that the MOST important thing to have in mind when planning your wedding is not how much you spend in food, flowers or anything else, but how much fun it was to share that special moment with true frienY&E2010-(121-of-467) Y&E2010S-(467-of-576)r Y&E2010-(113-of-467)_2 Y&E-(256-of-403) Y&E-(257-of-403) Y&E-(257-of-403)_2 Y&E-(297-of-403)e Y&E2010-(113-of-467) PARTY-133 PARTY-186 Y&E-(122-of-403) Y&E-(174-of-403)e Y&E-(215-of499ds and family.
